Default REST and SOAP Documentation

Greetings,

I am attempting to find documentation on the functionality provided by Zimbra's SOAP and REST implementation.

I have seen references to deing able to do things with both SOAP and REST, so I'm not sure which I should use for various things and would like to see what functionality is available by both implementations.

Any guidance on finding this information would be appreciated.

Thanks.

p.s. There is no spell checker to use prior to posting messages...
