LDAP Search to return hidden in GAL accounts

I am working on a script that searchs through our distribution lists remotely using LDAP. What I've found is that the script is returning everything but the distribution lists that are hidden in the GAL. What LDAP search parameter do I need to override to get all results?

Not sure what you need from me, but please ask and I shall provide. I'm am new to LDAP.
