Editing template

I'm editing the template zimbra with our corporate theme and I would like to know how could we remove the top link "offline version" from all version from Zimbra (Advanced and Standard too).

Additionally, I also need to remove on splash screen the option of choosen "Mobile", restricting exclusively to Standard and Advanced options, therefore, the Mobile version we have to redirect the user automatically when accessed by mobile phone.

I have the same problem.
And also I'd like to remove some buttons from the main zimbra folders (like phonebook etc)
