Default Script started when account created

Hi all,
Basically HSP user wants to have few domain administrators and each of them has to be indepenendent - one administrator cannot delete accounts created by other.
Problem seems to be compliacted, but basically it can be overcomed (i think).
We create subdomains such as admin1.domain.com, admin2.domain.com and when each administrator creates an account in his sub-domain alias in main domain (domain.com) is created.
In which place should I start searching ?
Basically it's a common problem that administrator wants to do something when account/distribution list/alias is created ...

I searched for the solution on this forum with no results..

Devels pls help

which version do you use?
In Network edition version, ZCS has domain admin
If U use FOSS version, maybe you must modify source code and the database of ZCS
I suggest that you should concern: LDAP database and MySQL database

NE. I know about domain administrators, I do understant ACLs, but you cannot define using any right that one admin cannot delete acount created by another ...

I know that source code has to be modified, but the question is which place is the better for this purpose ...
