Hi, I'm new in Zimbra and i want to know a few things regards the customization of the email system.

* Is it possible to modificate the system to change its normal execution adding a home page when user login and not going directly to Inbox Mail?

* Can I add links to left navigation bar?

* Is there any license problem in changing logos or colors?

1) This would require code changes but it is possible.

2) Yes. Again you'd need to make code changes.

3) The OSS license (ZPL 1.2) does not allow you to remove or change the Zimbra logo or the links back to the Zimbra home page. The general premise here is that there is significant work that has going into creating ~130k lines of JavaScript on the client so we require that if you use the OSS edition you leave the logo/links in tact to give fair attribution to the original authors.

can be added aditional photos or whatever i want to to use without changing any of the logo or images that are by default, for example modifieng the backgraund, or adding the company name below the logo??

Yes. If the Zimbra logo/link are not removed/changed.
