Login to admin control panel and under "searches" (left side bottom), you can see Inactive 30 days, Inactive 90 days and so on. Then after selecting users, click on "download" button. You can get the results to a csv file. But it is limited to a number of 25. Cannot get all users to a single page. Do not know how to increase that number (results per page). I found that "download" function is not working on zimbra 6, but working fine on zimbra 7
