iCalendar Format question

Hi All,

I am trying to program that will the time off information for the various employees in our company in iCalendar format, so that we can set this up as an external calendar, imported into our zimbra calendars.

I can get the holidays and time off events showing using VEVENT type tags but the free busy information is not displaying correctly, it always shows myself as being busy for everyone elses time off, and the other users are not shown as being busy.

Also for the holidays are country specific so they need to show busy for only those employees that it applies to.

I tried using VJOURNAL for the events but then they don't show up at all.

Does anyone have an example or know of a good reference as how to do what I am trying?
