Possible to customize "Password" section?

Been searching for a while and haven't seen this anywhere...

Is it possible to customize the "Login" section of the Preferences/General tab to display the requirements for acceptable passwords above the "Change Password" button? Something like...

"Passwords must meet the following minimum requirements:
8 characters long;
1 uppercase letter;
1 lowercase letter;
1 number;
1 punctuation symbol."

would love to see this feature too, but maybe on the actual "change password" dialog box.
