Hi,
I have a question about how can i get the 'rev' attribut in CreateAppointmentResponse or ModifyAppointmentResponse.

This attribut 'rev' exist in CreateContactResponse or ModifyContactResponse BODY, but it exist only in the HEADER of CreateAppointmentResponse or ModifyAppointmentResponse.
