Error in LDAP MakeFile

Hi,
iam anil.iam trying to build zimbra files.But while running Makefile for Zimbra,It is giving following error.Please help me to solve this problem while running build file.

The Error is as Follows:

make: rpmbuild: Command not found
tar: /root/Desktop/Zimbrapdf/source/ZimbraBuild/../ThirdParty/openldap/builds/FC4/openldap-2.3.20.tgz: Cannot open: No such file or directory
tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now
tar: Child returned status 2
tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors
make: *** [/root/Desktop/Zimbrapdf/source/ZimbraBuild/ldapbuild/opt/zimbra/openldap-2.3.20] Error 2

You need to build OpenLDAP first.
