[SOLVED] Templates not loading for skin

Hi,

I created a template to alter the mail message header and I added it to my manifest.xml

I did this 6 month ago with dwt Widgets and this template is still working but the new one does not work.

We updated Zimbra since but as the old one is still working I don't see any reason why this would break.

I also know that the template should work, because when I create a symlink in the root zimbra template folder to my skin folder it loads perfectly.

Any ideas why this doesn't work? Did I missed something?

I don't know why the old templates still work and when I create new ones they don't show up, but as it turned out I missed something.

The wiki is mentioning the "-a" paramater which I have to use to compile templates. So that's it...
