Take a look at ZimbraServer/docs/soap*.txt This defines our SOAP api and is a good starting point.

Check out com.zimbra.cs.client and com.zimbra.cs.client.soap in the existing ZimbraServer source tree. If they're not what you need, they may serve as building blocks.
