Using SOAP SearchRequest for a list of conversation ids

Is there any way to use SearchRequest to search for a list of conversation ids?

There is query syntax to search for a list of item ids: "items:{1,2,3...}". But in testing this appears to only work for message ids and not conversation ids.

Alternatively there is the "conv:{DB_CONV_ID}" query, however it does not allow for a list of conversation ids.

Perhaps I am missing something but it does not seem possible to use SearchRequest to query for a list of conversation ids. Anyone know of a method to request a list of conversations via their conversation ids?
