Default MSSQL - Zimbra address book sync

I'm looking at doing a sync from our MSSQL based management system to a shared address book in Zimbra.

I understand that the address book data is kept in the zimbra mysql database.

The sync would be one way from the MSSQL data to the Zimbra tables. I am thinking of using triggers on the MSSQL tables to fire any changes to the zimbra data after an initial loading of the data using the normal csv import utility.

Can anyone tell me where the data for address books is stored in the mysql database? I've managed to set up remote access to the database, and can see various catalogs starting with mboxgroup, but I'm not sure where to look for the data.

I'm also curious if there is any special id creation for address book entries if I want to add a record directly to the mysql tables. Anything being stored in the ldap directory etc. that would make it difficult to create or delete records?
