In pm.zimbra.com Zimbra 6.0 Beta 1 Release was today...
Now It's delayed to 04/13/09....

I'm in despair

I need "support read receipts in webmail" [Bug 7257].

Isn't possible porting it into a version 5.0.16 ?

That date has been in PM for quite a while now. IMHO I doubt it will be backported. If you search the forums there is a unsupported workaround by a third party.

I know this workaround but I wasn't able to install it.

I can't understand why there isn't plain to backport it. It's a basic function subborted by almost all mailclient and, at least in Italy, all companies ask for it.

It won't be backported, you'll have to wait for Version 6.
