Domain-admin functions

Hi!
I need to extend domain administrator menu. Already tried to ask on IRC (freenode) but only found many idling here :P

So, summary:

• Property (Zimbra Mobile) can be controlled via SOAP (i already do that with perl script), so no need to do something serious with zimbra core
• Already found some examples - Domain Disclaimer, Zimlet + tabs

What i need - i need to create new tab, or simply button somewhere (but visible only for domain administrator) to turn on/off Zimbra Mobile preference for domain users.

Well, seems Administrator UI extensions do what i need - but for global admin. Zimlets can do what i need - but for all users ;-)

Can i control somehow, that my newly created tab/button can be accessible only from domain administrator menu? Worse, but acceptable - button/tab visible for all administrators, but not users.
