Default Printing Improvemenet

I am trying to improve the look of the print outs from Zimbra. What files to I look for? The calendar print out needs a lot of help and email print outs look horrible. Are there templates? Any help to get started would be appreciated.

I'll second this request. Many of our CorporateTime power-users are really beating us up about the printing. The daily and weekly print-views are really bad.

I've been looking for the templates but haven't found them yet. I'm looking at writing my own schedule printer as a zimlet but I need a way to do an XML or JSON REST request for a time-range of events with full notes (hence this thread).

Something to help with XML and JSON issue. Install Firefox with Firebug and it will let you see the request and responses when accessing Zimbra from the Web GUI. It was very helpful in creating some plugins for me.

Yeah, I know about Firebug. I'm trying to avoid doing SOAP calls (which is what the web client does) in favour of lightweight REST calls.
