zimbra edition: zimbra 509 opensource os: redhat as 5
Yesterday , my users complained that they cant download attachments, serveral hours later, i finally found it was caused by the antivirus software(kaspersky) . I added the mail module to the trust list of kaspersky , the problem disappeared. BUT nearly 80% of my users installed kaspersky , it is impossble to inform everyone to redeploy their antiviurs software .
Any other way to solve this ? The best way is to adjust some configuration files in zimbra
