Default [SOLVED] How to use UTC time in Search mail query

Hi All,
I have to write a java client that extracts all mail of a specified user receive before one specific mail.
Problem i have that using query with absolute-date like "in:inbox AND after:01/18/2009" doesn't take time and query with relative-date date like "in:inbox AND after:-4hour " needs first to convert receive date of that specific mail to relative date.

I want to know is there is any way i can use the UTC receive time of the specific mail in query ?

i will appreciate any help and hints.

thanks

in:inbox AND before: 1232210667000
