Default Sleepycat build issue with FRANKLIN branch.

I've been having what seems to be a build error but ThirdParty build script shows success for Sleepycat. The script immediately after tries attempts to build the same files with different flags and it compiles fine. Should I worry about these errors or are these expected?

Entering directory `/home/public/p4/FRANKLIN/ThirdParty/sleepycat/db-4.

/bin/sh ./libtool --mode=compile cc -g -O2 -fPIC ../dist/../mutex/mut_pthread.c/bin/sh ./libtool --mode=compile cc -g -O2 -fPIC ../dist/../btree/bt_compare.c
mkdir .libs cc -g -O2 -fPIC ../dist/../mutex/mut_pthread.c -fPIC -DPIC -o .libs/mut_pthrea
d.o cc -g -O2 -fPIC ../dist/../btree/bt_compare.c -fPIC -DPIC -o .libs/bt_compare.

ry
../dist/../btree/bt_compare.c:43:23: error: db_config.h: No such file or directo

--> notice that it tries to compile the same files again

make[2]: *** [mut_pthread.lo] Error 1

/bin/sh ./libtool --mode=compile cc -c -I. -I../dist/.. -D_GNU_SOURCE -D_REENTRANT -g -O2 -fPIC ../dist/../mutex/mut_pthread.c

This time around it succeeds. I don't know what to make of this.
