I would understand - if we sign and submit the agreement, then we will get access to code, for working on Zimbra Release 6.0 ?

No, that's not what I meant. If you wish to submit some code or an idea to the project you must sign a contributor agreement, the link is on the url I posted. if you wish to get access to the code then version 6.0 is not available yet and there is usually an announcement when it's available.

You can check out the perforce main branch, which is currently where the 6.0 development work is being done. Note that it may not be in any sort of working state, so use it at your own risk.
