Default Error 400 using Preauth

Hi im using preauth to access to Zimbra from a direct url (Not with SOAP).

Everything was working fine, but lately i've been getting the following error:

Code:
HTTP ERROR: 400

authentication failed for jsmith@domain.com

RequestURI=/service/preauth

Powered by Jetty://
But when I copy the exact url that is trying to open Zimbra on an iframe and paste it on a browser window it load perfectly!

Anyone have anyidea why this could be?

Hi,

just guessing:
preatuth tokens are only valid within a short period of time.

Check the time on the zimbra server and on the referring server. The time on both machines must be correct.

Regards
Thomas

Hi, thanks for your reply...
That's not the problem, the same URL works out of the iframe without changing it in any way.

What does the audit.log on the zimbra server say (/opt/zimbra/log/audit.log)?

It did turn out to be that the server running the intranet was not synchronized with the zimbra server's time, they had a gap of 6 minutes :S
