Skin Development with Zimbra Desktop.

Hello,

I've started working on customizing a skin for Zimbra Desktop, and went directly to the base folder for skins:

C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Application Data\Zimbra\zdesktop\jetty\webapps\zimbra\skins

And made the changes to the images just to see how they look differently. I stopped and started the application and nothing changed.

Does anyone have any tips, or links to information that might help me?
