auto-reply can only use once ?

zimbra edition : zcs 509 . os : redhat as5 32bit.

I set auto reply for user a , when i send mail to user a from user b , the first time i can recieve the auto reply info quickly , but when i try to send mail to user a again , i cannot recieve any auto reply info , i have tried several times , but still the same error .

some suggestion ?

My mistake , my zimbra edition is 507,not 509.
I tried several users ,but one user can only recieved auto-reply info once.

Also note that the zimbraPrefOutOfOfficeCacheDuration attribute on account/COS is 7d by default. The server remembers addresses to which notifications have been sent for this interval, and does not send duplicate notifications to the same sender in that time-span.

This problem can be solved by :

zmprov ma account zimbraPrefOutOfOfficeCacheDuration 0
zmprov mc cosname tmailerPrefOutOfOfficeCacheDuration 0

I thought these two commands can solve the problem ,but ...

when i run the first command, the account can recieve auto-reply everytime recieved mails. but when i did the same thing for zhe whow cos , it seems other accounts has no reaction, they still can only recieve auto reply info once. Did i miss something ?
