UTF8 subjects

Hi,

First, please forgive me for my bad english. I'm a french people. I'm using Zimbra OSS 5.10.

It seems that zimbra doesn't support UTF8 encoding in subject of an e-mail message.
I've tried to send hylafax email notifications to a zimbra account, and the suvject is not properly encoded (in zimbra webmail).

If I sent the same notification to an exchange account (using outlook), the subject is ok.

Is it a bug ? Is an issue exists to solve this problem ?
