Extending the phone_dial Zimlet for Broadsoft Our hosted VoIP provider uses Broadsoft, and I'd like to duplicate the functionality of their tird-party supplied IE/Outlook toolbar into the dial-my-phone Zimlet.
Where, precisely, does the uncomplied XML for that live in an installation, so that I can look at it and see how it works now?
To do it right, I'll need to have it decide which phone to ring based on an IP lookup table, if the code actually executes server-side (I'm a little fuzzy on that); if it's client side, then I'll have to be able to open a socket to their server and send the right magic there.
Or, if they can provide a command-line tool to do the talking, I can just call it.
Thoughts?
