Default Html mail Signature

What Do I need to do to send a mail with a signature in html format ?
Just write something with html tags doesn't work. Probably it transform my html simbols like < and > in > and < So the browser don't interpret this like a html tag.
How can I change this behavior ?

Thanks in advance !!!

Any update on this? Seems like a basic function for an email client. Currently I don't see any way to format the signature, and trying html tags still doesn't seem wo work. It's a small thing in a way but also makes a big difference as people try to use the client professionally. Thanks for any update or comments.
