Default Google Analytics, Woopra, tracking in Zimbra Web Client

I know this has been asked before (2005) but I was wondering if things had moved on since then....

I have been looking at inserting Woopra tracking code into the Zimbra Web Client, to track as much usage as possible. I've added it to login.jsp and launchZCS.jsp so I can track the initial arrival and then the logon. But before I modifying every page, I was wondering if there is a more architectural way of handling this.

Any ideas, suggestions?
