Search in the
zimbra\WEB-INF\classes\msgs\
for this file:
I18nMsg.properties
And edit it to change the time format.

Cheers.

Search for these tags and try to change them to this ones:

formatDateShort = dd/MM/yy
formatDateTime = {0} {1}

formatTimeFull = HH:mm:ss
formatTimeLong = HH:mm:ss
formatTimeMedium = HH:mm:ss
formatTimeShort = HH:mm

And remember that you may need to restart tomcat/zimbra in order to see the results.

Default System time format = translation nightmare

It took me forever to find the correct files for Finnish translations. (Turned out that there were only partial translations available and the files that were missing had those time format settings.)

All in all great product, lousy translation system - which in turn makes it difficult to make effective translations let alone keep up with translation effort every time new update/upgrade comes along.

Why is there like 10 different files that are involved in this process?
Why are they scattered all over the place?
