Question Getting started with Zimbra development

I have a few ideas I'd like to bang on a little, but I'm confused as to exactly what I need to get started developing against ZCS. On the old SourceForge pages, I see references to a developer edition of ZCS, but I don't see any of that on the Zimbra.com pages anywhere; only the Open Source edition.

Is there still a "developer's" edition I can download? Will it have all the docs bundled in?

Or do I just grab the Open Source edition, and grab a copy of the tree out of perforce for reference?

Just trying to get my bearings.

Thanks!
