manage mail

Hi, I want manage in a different way a particular kind of mail.

I installed hylafax, a fax server that send, ad a mail, every fax received, to a zimbra account (fax@zimbra.mycompany.com).

So, I want separate common mail and fax mail, how I can do it?

I thought to tag, automatically, the mail from hylafax, but the user can delete tag.

Have you other idea, how to separate two or more kinds of mail received?

Sure, though I'm not sure if you can do it on a global level or if you'd have to create per-user Sieve scripts.
