[SOLVED] How can i be a group user?

Hello,all

I find a very useful link for me ,"Building FRANKLIN on RedHat Enterprise Linux 5",but once i click on it,a "Permission error" display,the information is "The action you have requested is limited to users in the group user".Can somebody who can tell me how can i be a group user?
