RSS Feed for Calendar - need API or examples

Hello.

I am using the RSS Feed for Calendars. On the blog I found how you can limit the feed by start and end dates (passing a query string to the RSS URL). What other options exist? Where is this documented? And, finally, is there a way I can sort by date OR title OR description?
