Admin UI improvements

Hi,

You guys have done a great job.
Can you please add automatic polling and retrieval of external e-mails(POP or IMAP) to the Admin UI.
Another great addition will be a message tracing facility in the Admin UI.
Then Exchange server will have nothing more to brag about.
Finally, is there a way you can sort create an add-on for existing ZCS users,to effect this improvements, without having to reinstall a new version.
