dispose notification e-mail header

In web based email composer there aren't a flag to add the header "dispose-notification" so I can't get feedback if an my email was seen on not.

How I can solve this problem? I need to write a zimlet to do this?

Actually I'm reselling zimbra and my custumers ask me for this features. I need to solve "immediately" this.... and bug still open from 2006....

Is possible do this using a zimlet?
