Default Webmail gets sent to spam folder

Because of this issue:
https://issues.apache.org/SpamAssass...ug.cgi?id=6501

Webmail gets marked as spam because it does not indicate the user was authenticated.

When a user uses Zimbra Webmail from an IP that is on a PBL the X-Original-IP header gets put into the sent message. When Spamassassin scans the outbound mail (no optoin to turn this off), it sees that the message was NOT authenticated so it checks the X-Original-IP header and detects that the IP was in the PBL.

This results in Email From an Internal webmail user, TO an Internal Webmail user being marked as spam.
