integrating zimbra

Hi,
I using document manegement tool. i need to integrate zimbra as front end tool. so the document for the user can be sent to the zimbra. mail by having separte account in zimbra. is this possible by using zimbra? if so how could i approch this to achevie ? can any body halp me that way?

Can you browse your document tool like a file system? If so you can just select files as attachments when compose a new mail.
