how to add a MenuItem to a MailView PopupMenu

Hi Folks, i have a problem to add some more menuitem to the Mailview PopupMenu. How can i achieve that.

In the Mailview [Read Panel] have the Sent By: somemail@mail.com.
(i attached the Screenshot of the PopupMenu)
when i click the right button on the mail the PopUp menu will come.

It have a

7 menu item, formally, 1. Search, 2. Advance Search, 3. New Email

4.New IM, 5. Add to Contacts 6. New Filter

7. Go to URL.

i want to add a another one menu item like "Options" followed by "Go To URL"

How can i get that menuItem into that MailViewPopUp. Please help me to find out the solution.

It sounds like what you want might be a bit complicated. Can you give some more details about what you want to do? You say you want an 'Options' menu item, but what do you want it to do?

Did anything come of this discussion? I'm thinking I'd like to do the same thing here. Have the ability to right click the senders name/email to bring up the context menu, and then have a custom menuItem there that we would use to allow people to get detailed information from our LDAP directory. Specifically their phone number and building and room number information.

I guess it is made by a zimlet. You could find the sources in
zimbra/jetty/webapps/service/zimlet/com_zimbra_email, try to modify and deploy.
