SOAP for documents

Hi.

I am interested in accessing the documents functionalities from zimbra and was wondering if there is a possibility to do this through SOAP messages. What I am interested in is the syntax of the requests and responses of the following actions :

- Getting the list of files/folders of a document folder
- Downloading a file
- Uploading a file
- Creating a new folder
- Getting the properties of a file

What I found till now is this document :

But there is not enough information here and I'm not even sure that the word "document" there is the one I believe it is.
