Compile and install?

Ok I'm trying to find out where to get the svn version to compile and install on my system. I want DnD functionality I know it's working now.

I've been looking everywhere and on sourceforge it's been a while since the svn was updated.

new to perforce. Can't download what I think is the zimbra desktop... ZimbraOffline folder. I'm running this command: p4 -u public -P public1234 -c public-view sync //depot/zcs/FRANKLIN/ZimbraOffline...

It is trying to create a /Users folder and i've tried to change the root directory to no avail. Please give me a hand...
