Any ideea when ZCS will be develop for OpenSuSe 10.3 platform?

The place to look would be bugzilla (vote for any entries you find) and follow product updates via the Product Portal.

It probably won't be to complex too do, we're gonna try and have it tested for 5.0.6: Bug 25345 - 5.0.x FOSS build supporting Open SuSE 10.3
