Sounds like a valid bug. Please search bugzilla and if not found submit a new issue with the full details to reproduce and your example testing directly to php vs the spell checker itself.

Iam sorry

i rewriteall aspell.php now Its working fine apart from that Zimbra GUI say have 1 mispell, but unable to highlight it.
If anything i can help to resolve the bug, please inform me
