Default Domain Admins

Hey, I am either looking for either an addon or whatever that would allow me to have domain admins. Basically if I have a domain, aka example.com, and I want to delegate someone admin of that domain, I want them to be able to go in, add/remove email address and change settings for that domain, without being able to mess with the rest of the server? If thats already possible then Im sorry in advanced and hope you tell me how, but if not is there something out there that would let me do this? Thanks!
