in ZCS 5.0 there are 2 different zimbrataglib.jar's?

I found that in ZCS 5.0 there are 2 different zimbrataglib.jar's

One is at
/opt/zimbra/jetty-6.1.5/webapps/zimbra/WEB-INF/lib

and another
/opt/zimbra/jetty-6.1.5/webapps/service/WEB-INF/lib

Why so?
Anyone has ideas?

I found that thing while trying to use some existing classes from tag library JAR in my zimlet's JSP code.

I just want to access classes available to zimbra client webapp from zimlet JSPs.

What if I will put one from zimbra client webappto lib's of zimbra zimlets wevapp?
