I use 5.0.

I have located css files in jetty/webapps/css.

I don't know what this @xxx@ means in
P, TH, TD, DIV, SPAN, SELECT, INPUT, TEXTAREA, BUTTON, A {
@FontFamily-default@
}

This was available for 4.5.x, I don't know if it fits 5.0.x :
