attached filename display incorrectly for Thai language filename.

I attached file with Thai language filename. When I open mail it display attached file incorrectly. This is example of header:

Can you do 'View Original' on the message, zip that data and attach it here? It will make this easier to debug. Also where did you send the message from?

What was the file name you used? Is this sending from the AJAX Web UI to the AJAX Web UI?

The filename is ภาษาไทย.txt. Yes, I sent from Web UI to Web UI.
