Update for others watching this thread: codes.zimbra.com:2666 is responding, but as noted in Perforce sync: Connection timed out is appears to redirect to depot.zimbra.com:1666, which doesn't.
The public perforce cache is up - I think we ended up making a FRANKLIN-508 branch (though we weren't going to originally & just make modifications to 507) I'll look into it/see if it needs to be ported/enabled in the cache.
