com.zimbra.cs.client.LmcContact / LmcContactAttr

I'm looking for documentation on com.zimbra.cs.client.LmcContact / LmcContactAttr. There are indexes and constants which I see in some example code as literals but their are no predefined constants. I need to figure out the possible values to define my own sets of constants.
For example, in a contacts array of attributes, what index corresponds to what field. Also when creating a attribute what do the string parameters to the constructors mean. Thanks
