Remote debugging query

Greetings All,

I was trying to do remote debugging of the source code by following the guidelines in following posts

1) Remote debugging info
Do I still need to build zmtomcatmgr.c or is it fixed in zcs 4.5.6? I could locate the zmtomcatmgr.c file in ZimbraLauncher\src\launcher

2) source level debugging

But after following the steps tomcat starts but the HTTP port 80 is not open.
Does the port is changed to some different port? I even tried port 8080.

Here though jdwp port 8000 is open and I am able to attach the remote debugging in eclipse.

I am running ZCS 4.5.6 on RHEL 4 update 3.
Any help related to this is appreciated.
