Making reminders more prominent

Is there a way of making reminders set on calendar and task items pop up in a more prominent manner ?

Currently if the Zimbra web client is on a browser tab in the background or even in a browser window thats behind something else you can easily miss seeing the reminder popup. Maybe an enhancement to the toaster to incldue these events would do the trick.

If any one has other suggestions I'd be grateful.
